Please see from the list below the designated officer for each division. Please ensure that the sporting mark reaches the officer by no later than 10am on the Tuesday following the game.
Please indicate which club you are from and which club you are awarding the marks to. Please include the division in which the game took place and the date.

Sporting marks are awarded by the umpires so the captains are exempt from submitting marks.

Just a reminder that all home teams must upload the match result onto the Fixtureslive website by midday on the Sunday following the game.
